US Customers: After months of disruption in the 2nd half of 2025, NZ Post has resumed sending small parcels to the United States via NZAir International.However, all US-bound parcels are now subject to additional duties, taxes, and administrative fees. These charges vary depending on the items and their country of manufacture—meaning costs can differ significantly across orders, as South Pacific Berets sources from multiple regions.These fees are not shown at checkout. They are applied after dispatch, when South Pacific Berets is invoiced, making it impossible to provide exact amounts in advance. To help offset part of these costs, from 1 January 2026 you will receive, after your order has been placed, a separate note offering the option of an optional $10.00 per beret contribution.
